My first impression, Beat Shooter is classic but not outdated. No violence, no blood, no enemies. This music shooter is very light and trendy style that surprised me quite a bit. It’s like admiring a collection of CK brands in mid-2021. Still holding the gun, still shooting, but we’ll shoot at the cubes that appear around the screen. It sounds easy, but play it, you’ll understand why it’s so addictive.

Why? Because it doesn’t rotate normally, the panning arm looks extremely sophisticated and stylish. Because the shot feeling is never the same in every scene, depending on the gun, the stock is chosen based on the background music of each scene. This trio of combinations makes both fun and enjoyment reign. And because we were always curious as children when preparing to enter the ring: not knowing what music awaits, not knowing what wallpaper is coming and which gun to choose.

Stunning graphics

What I like next is the graphics. The hip-hop style is now quite cleverly mixed with modern design. Everything is succinct, minimalistic, and easy on the eyes. The cubes have many shapes and colors, how to fall, how to appear differently in each scene, so it is not boring. Hidden behind the screen, I’ll temporarily call the “cover” of the game playing music. Depending on the rhythm and style of each song, the “dance” of the blocks will be different.

I prefer “bad hand”. The previous musical shooter I played did not clearly see the shape of the gun like this. So I was quite surprised with Beat Shooter.

But not stopping there, players also clearly see how to hold their guns. You can also choose from several gun models. Along the way, if you accumulate enough points, it will automatically be upgraded to keep up with the increasing speed of those “devil” blocks. By the way, do you see the word “Easy to Play” in this game? It’s a trap, go high and you’ll see.

The music is amazing

In the end, of course, it’s about the music. I haven’t played it back yet so I don’t know if the music will randomly appear or not according to the available hard sequence. I remember round 2. The song that played gave me goosebumps because I haven’t heard it in a long time. The same theme but your emotions will constantly change, thanks to the music and rhythm in each round. This is also the reason why this niche game genre is born a lot, but each game has its own beauty and coexistence, rarely disappointing players.
