How to Redeem Codes in Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra
The process isn’t in-app — you redeem through Bandai Namco’s website, which trips people up the first time. Here’s the full sequence:
- Open Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra and finish the tutorial if you haven’t already.
- From the Home Page, tap Menu in the top-left corner.
- Select Link Bandai Namco ID.
- Log in with your existing Bandai Namco account — or create a new one if you don’t have one yet.
- Head to the official Serial Code webpage.
- Tap Enter Serial Code, then log in again with your linked Bandai Namco ID.
- Type or paste your 16-character code and hit Confirm.
- Back in the game, tap the News button (top-left) to claim your rewards.
Use copy-paste whenever you can. These codes are easy to misread — the number 0 and letter O look nearly identical, and so do 1, I, and l.
Code Not Working? Here’s What to Check
Most redeem failures come down to one of a handful of things:
- The code expired. Some codes only last a few days, especially event-tied ones. If it’s not in the active list above, it’s probably gone.
- Capitalization or spacing. Codes are case-sensitive. An extra space before or after the code is enough to break it — paste rather than type if you can.
- Already redeemed. Each code works once per account. You won’t get a clear error message saying this, which makes it confusing — but that’s likely the reason if the code is definitely still active.
- Region lock. Some codes only work in specific regions. If you’re outside the intended region, the code will appear invalid even if it’s technically still active.
- Server hiccup. The Bandai Namco site occasionally throws errors during busy periods. Wait a bit and try again — it usually resolves on its own.
