One thing that genuinely sets Duet Night Abyss apart from the usual gacha crowd — every single character in the game is obtainable without spending a dime or rolling the dice. No pulling. No praying to the RNG gods. No obsessively tracking pity counters. That alone is worth talking about, because if you’ve played any similar title in the last few years, you know how exhausting that cycle gets.
But here’s the thing: free characters don’t automatically mean a strong team. Getting the most out of your roster still takes resources — the right currencies, upgrade materials, and those Combat Melodies that actually level your characters up. That’s where redeem codes come in. They’re not gamechanging on their own, but they add up faster than you’d expect.
Below is a full list of every active Duet Night Abyss code right now, along with a quick breakdown of what each reward actually does.

What These Rewards Actually Do
If you’re newer to the game, some of these item names probably don’t mean much yet. Here’s a quick, plain-language breakdown:
- Phoxene — A rarer premium currency. Treat it carefully; it doesn’t come around as often as Coins.
- Carmine Globule — Used specifically to enhance Demon Wedges. Not a general-use material, so it’s more niche — but useful when you need it.
- Coins — The everyday workhorse currency. You’ll burn through these faster than you’d think.
- Weapon Manual I / II / III — These feed EXP directly into your weapons. Higher tiers = bigger gains, but even the base tier helps early on.
- Combat Melody I / II / III — Same concept, but for characters. Early on, Combat Melody I codes like these give you a reasonable head start.
Most of these codes were distributed by the developers just before the global launch — and if you had pre-registered, there’s a decent chance you already claimed some bonus items on top of these. Worth checking your mailbox in-game if you haven’t already.

How to Redeem Codes in Duet Night Abyss
Redeeming codes is done through the in-game settings — but there’s a catch. The option won’t actually appear until you’ve reached a specific point early in the story. You’ll need to meet Berenica in the cave, which happens right after the opening dream sequence. Once that’s done, the redemption option unlocks.
After that, the process is pretty straightforward:
- Tap the three-lined menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select the cogwheel (Settings) icon.
- Navigate to the Settings / Miscellaneous tab.
- Scroll down until you see “Redemption Code” and tap it.
- Type in your code exactly as it appears — capitalization matters.
- Hit Confirm.
Rewards land in your in-game mailbox almost immediately. If a code doesn’t work, double-check for typos first, then verify it hasn’t expired. Some of the older launch codes did have limited windows.
