How to Redeem My Singing Monsters Codes
Before you start: you’ll need your BBB ID, which is your BigBlueBubble account ID — not your Friend ID. To find it, open the game, go to Options, tap the green Support button, and look at the bottom of that screen. You’ll see a field labeled BBB ID — it looks something like 1079087675NL. Copy it exactly, including the letters at the end.
Once you have that:
- Go to redeem.mysingingmonsters.com
- Enter your BBB ID in the first field
- Type the code into the second field
- Hit Claim
That’s it. Codes are redeemed through the web portal, not inside the app itself. If you’ve entered the wrong code multiple times and get a “Too many requests” error, you’ll need to wait it out — there’s no override.
My Singing Monsters Codes Not Working?
A couple of things worth knowing specific to this game:
They expire fast. Most codes are only live for 24–48 hours after release. If a code isn’t working, it’s almost certainly expired. There’s no way to redeem one after the fact.
Case matters. Enter codes in all caps, exactly as listed. An extra space or lowercase letter will cause it to fail.
You can only use each code once per account. If you’ve already redeemed it, it won’t go through again — which is expected behavior, not a bug.
