The Cons

There is some assembly required to set up the LifeSpan TR1200i There is not too much construction required and it does come with easy to follow instructions. But, some people have found it a bit more difficult to put together than it really should be. Unfortunately some of screw holes for the handlebar are not quite aligned and this requires a bit of effort to get the treadmill completely assembled.

As with a lot of treadmills, the LifeSpan TR 1200i does not always give the most accurate heart rate readings. They can show a wide variance depending on when taken. It appears to work well when you have your grip in the exact right place. But, if you don’t have the perfect grip over the heart rate sensors, the readings do not accurately show the correct heart rate.
