Engaging in foam arrow battles can be an enjoyable pastime that involves movement, teamwork, and hand-eye coordination. It brings many benefits to your child while playing a Nerf match.

Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200Nerf Rival Zeus Review

Aimed at an audience looking for a more accurate and powerful way to send foam to these opponents, the Rival Zeus MXV-1200 is part of Hasbro’s Rival lineup. Indeed, unlike other Nerf guns, the Rival range is off the beaten track and offers to send projectiles in the form of foam balls. We can then compare this range to an introduction to Airsoft.

 Strong Points

  • The high speed of the projectiles!
  • semiautomatic
  • New cool design!
  • New groundbreaking projectiles!
  • three tactical rail rails
  • No jamming occurred during tests
  • High fire rate!

 Weak Points

  • Not yet available in Germany
  • 6 C batteries are required for operation
  • (In) accuracy at medium/high distance
  • Range less than expected

Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200The Rival Zeus is the star of this range, including the Nerf gun found in the communication of the brand. Hasbro emphasizes its packaging on the abandonment of foam darts, in favor of yellow foam balls well put forward on the box. The charger change is easy. For starters, I recommend loading the 12-note store on a flat surface. You have your balls online, and you come to roll them in the store.

It is a gesture to assimilated because, given the rate of fire of this new toy, you risk to reproduce this gesture again and again and again. Also, the fact that battery power the Zeus allows a tube to be charged to give power to the ball. This operation is instantaneous, but the significant noise associated with it may hinder all stealth attacks.

Nerf Zeus MVX-1200 – Performance:

Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200Fun! Hold the power button just below the trigger, find a target, and pull the trigger. Immediately, you will feel the difference compared to any other range of nerfs. The charger is empty in a few seconds, and the range of the shots is just impressive. The power of this Nerf Rival Zeus allows you to aim directly at your target, instead of calculating the trajectory to target a distant enemy.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200?

Despite its price, which continues to decline, I advise you to invest in this Nerf. Even if this Nerf gun is not perfect, it allows to discover the game in a new form and does not leave any chance to his opponent thanks to a rate of fire and a large range.

Conclusion:

Indeed, this model is a reference in the range Rival. If you are looking for a powerful Nerf, able to reach enemies quickly to an extraordinary range. If you are looking to get started with the airsoft, this Rival Zeus is for you!

Nerf Vortex Revonix 360 Review –  Most powerful nerf gun in the world

Nerf Vortex Revonix 360 Review

The Vortex Nerf Revonix 360 is undoubtedly the most powerful nerf gun of the Vortex family that is to say that it pulls small disks like ammunition. This has the advantage of taking up less space than ordinary darts so the Revonix charger can hold up to 30 disks. Its white colors with an orange flame give it a very nice side, and it impresses with its firepower and speed without fail that surpasses most other models.

 Strong Points

  • High range
  • Cool design
  • Cool recharge
  • Very high fire rate
  • Easy and fast recharging

 Weak Points

  • Very loud
  • A little less precise than the predecessor

Nerf Vortex Revonix 360 in action:

The Revonix 360 has a grip well designed except that it is a little heavy for its size. It has two handles, a normal at the back where is the trigger and the other on the front that allows both to hold it well in hand to operate the loading mechanism very quickly. Its internal mechanism is complex and unique because the disks that are loaded in rows of 6 vertically are tilted each load horizontally to be ready to be fired. Hasbro took part to differentiate it from other Vortex models originally green, coloring it in white and orange, a perfect choice that gives it a more dangerous and cool side at a time.

Nerf Vortex Revonix 360 Performance:

In this area the Revonix 360 is a safe bet, it quickly pulls more than 20 meters very accurately and in addition to a rate of 3 shots per second without ever getting stuck. It can be recharged reasonably quickly thanks to its ingenious system of loading discs vertically by just rotating the barrel without having to remove it from its location. So is there a fault? It must be one; nobody is perfect! Its main weakness is that it is very noisy when recharging and the charging mechanism is hard to operate; this is undoubtedly due to its complex charging system, this noise does not prevent it from being very reliable without ever encountered a jam.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Vortex Revonix 360?

Super design, good handling, easy reloading, a magazine which can not fall out and convince a high rate of fire. Moreover, it is lighter than the pyragon and has a slamming door.

Conclusion:

The Revonix 360 has many qualities, one can only be impressed by its engineering, its performance, and its reliability and it is forgiven very quickly to be noisy what ranks it in the best Nerf Blaster to own.

Nerf Demolisher 2-in-1 Review – Best nerf gun for nerf war

Nerf Demolisher Review

The Nerf Demolisher 2 in 1 is an electric nerf capable of firing darts traditional nerfs, but also large foam missiles. It consists of a large nerf gun that is neither more nor less than an improved version of the Stryfe.

 Strong Points

  • Fantastic shot frequency
  • Excellent accuracy also at a far distance
  • Cool rocket light

 Weak Points

  • Rocket lights not removable
  • Range less than stated

Nerf Demolisher 2-in-1 in action:

It has a banana loader capable of accommodating ten darts of standard size. It sports an orange design, which is the new hallmark of the Elite Nerfs. A color that we could see recently on the nerf Accustrike Raptorstrike for example. The back of the Demolisher 2 in 1, you will be able to come to clip a butt that can accommodate a spare missile. At the top, you have a small access hatch to unlock a stuck dart, which can happen when the darts get damaged. You will also find a Tactical Rail Customization.

On the side, you will have the location of the batteries and the other side a tactical rail to come to put an accessory as a laser sight or a flashlight. On this Nerf, we can come to add gun belonging to another range. It does not help, except at the design level. You may even reduce the range. On the underside of this nerf gun, we find the two triggers of the electric nerfs. The trigger, the trigger to launch the engines and the small button to remove the charger. Under the barrel, you have the big peculiarity of nerf, namely the manual missile launcher.

This is a big pump that you will have to pull forward. To launch your missile, you will have to pull the pump as fast as you can. If the movement is too soft, the projectile will not go far enough. A small inconvenience, the pump tends to go forward when you lean the nerf forward. This is not the first time that Nerf has offered missiles. The first to date was the Thunderblast, which was a kind Bazooka on the same mode of projection missiles.

Nerf Demolisher 2-in-1 Performance:

Regarding the performance of this nerf, I find them very good. The pace is above the Hyperfire Elite nerf, but we arrive at a few things that are quite correct. In the same way, the range is much greater than that of Stryfe for example. As the nerf is larger than the latter, the pebbles that send the darts are larger. As a result, the range is improved and not just on the first dart. To give numbers, the range is between 12 and 16 meters. For the missile, it’s about 15 meters.

Do I have to buy the Demolisher 2 in 1?

The Demolisher 2 in 1 is a great nerf regarding cadence or range. It is a higher level than the more classic nerfs. The plus is the missile launcher that brings a secondary weapon hard enough to use, but very fun. The stick is a useful accessory because it can accommodate a complementary missile. Indeed, you will not be precise with the missile launcher, and the handle will be hard to operate for the youngest to reach exciting distances. However, you will not be disappointed with your purchase if you decide to choose the Demolisher Nerf as your companion.

Conclusion:

Despite the fact that it does not respect all the promises of the manufacturer the Demolisher Nerf is one of the best models of the brand. Its tactical look is precisely what is expected of this kind of weapon, the performance is significantly improved, the new missile launcher is fun, and the ergonomics and quality of general construction are consistent with the best Nerf products.

Nerf Cam ECS-12 Review – Strongest nerf gun – Most expensive nerf gun

Nerf Cam ECS-12 Review

The concept of the Elite Nerf Cam ECS-12 earned already in 2014 at the conception great praise, however also connected with mockery. Why mock? Well to the one is the price very high (the most expensive nerf gun so far) and the other camera statistic is rather a * cough * meager. Crazy (!) 0.3 megapixel and fast 20 frames per second let 1995 still hearts beat up … 2017 looks something different.

 Strong Points

  • Very high shot frequency
  • Low susceptibility to jamming
  • Good handling
  • Great concept with Build-In Camera
  • Very high shot frequency

 Weak Points

  • Shoulder neck not removable or adjustable
  • Poor camera quality
  • Bad camera sound
  • Price-performance ratio
  • Requires 8 AA batteries

Nerf Cam ECS-12 in action:

The camera of the ECS-12 was exposed to many speculations and hopes, unfortunately, as wrong as we had to learn. The resolution of 0.3 megapixels is not contemporary, as is a 4: 3 aspect ratio (640 x 480 pixels) and 20 FPS. Very good, however, the processing and the operation of the camera has fallen. Here the N-Strike Elite Nerf Cam shines through a robust design and excellent usability – all buttons (4 + alternative assignment) are intuitive. The Nerf Cam ECS-12 is a semi-automatic as well as the Rapidstrike and the Stryfe, whereby it contrasts with the Rapidstrike only 12 darts and not 18.

Nerf Cam ECS-12 Performance:

During the test, the Nerf Cam ECS-12 has struck solid, not outstanding but tidy. So she takes it. 15.5-meter range (flat) and about 22 meters, when angled is shot down (indicated are 25 meters). We were very satisfied with the spread, this fraud with a flat shot only 1.5 meters – worse this then with the angled shot. Worth mentioning is the good flight speed of 20 meters/second, which ensures the necessary stability and explains the low dispersion of the darts.

Regarding fire speed, the Nerf Cam ECS-12 even makes the Rapidstrike competition! A 25-shot drum magazine can be emptied in an incredible 5.5 seconds; the Rapidstrike requires 7 seconds. We were also delighted with the low susceptibility to jamming, which means a robust design.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Cam ECS-12?

The ECS 12 is a really good blaster, but it did not quite make it to the new flagship of Nerf. In principle, you buy a more expensive nerf gun which is not much better than the demolisher nor the Rapidstrike is far superior and instead a rather useless camera offers. For the price, you get in comparison four Stryfe’s, of which you and the friends would probably have more. If you do not expect too much from the camera, you will still have a lot of fun with the Blaster, because it has achieved outstanding values.

Conclusion:

A good concept, perhaps even forward-looking, but unfortunately the camera was not implemented sufficiently well.

Nerf CycloneShock Review -Most reliable nerf gun

Nerf Cycloneshock Review

There is no particular assembly to do on this nerf; it is ready for use immediately after unpacking. The grip is very nice; you’ll find a handguard in the front for the younger ones who would like to stabilize the nerf gun more easily. It is a barrel nerf gun that is capable of firing up to 6 darts. The darts are placed in the front of the weapon. It has a tactical rail on the top to accommodate an accessory of your choice. To arm, the mega Cycloneshock nerf, you have to pull the back of the gun. There is no difficulty in making this gesture. Then simply press the trigger to trigger the shot.

 Strong Points

  • Well, balanced – lies well in hand.
  • Very long range
  • Massive design
  • Bath-ass design

 Weak Points

  • Pretty big for small hands
  • Reloading takes longer

Nerf CycloneShock in action:

From an ergonomic point of view, the CycloneShock Nerf gives a real pleasure to hold it in hand and to shoot with it. We see that this is a model that has been made to appeal to older users and is simply great. The gun grip is of adequate size (but not too much), the triggering action is accurate, the priming blade and the dart barrel looks sturdy. This sturdy design makes it quite heavy with most of its forward weight, which is not a problem but instead reinforces the feeling of strength.

Nerf CycloneShock Performance:

At the level of the range, we arrive at 13 meters average on the different tests of shooting realized. The gap between the advertised 23 meters and reality is partly due to legislation. Indeed, in France and some countries of the world, the power of the nerfs is restrained. It is above all a toy for children, and it is normal that the nerfs are controlled not to hurt the children during the games.

The distinctive sign of this clamping is the trigger which instead of being orange (for the nerfs not clamped), becomes gray for those whose power is voluntarily reduced. That’s not a bad thing because it’s the legislation that protects children. As an adult, you may have a slight frustration at this level. The Mega Cycloneshock Nerf features SlamFire mode, which allows you to shoot faster by letting the trigger go down. It only remains to arm the weapon to immediately trigger a shot.

Do I have to buy the Nerf CycloneShock?

It is an excellent ner gun. Even though the range is a little diminished compared to its American version, the Mega Cycloneshock Nerf is very fun to use. If you like Mega nerfs with whistling darts, I highly recommend it. It does not have any flaws!

Conclusion:

The Cycloneshock Nerf is in the top 5 of the best nerfs to own. Its look is devastating and impressive, but not everything is as powerful and very fast to use for a reasonable price.

Nerf Rampage Review – Most accurate nerf gun

Nerf Rampage review

As I announced in the introduction, the Rampage Nerf is a manual nerf belonging to the Elite range. The axes of differentiation of the Elite range are the color of the nerf gun (blue, orange and white) and the accuracy of the Nerf.

 Strong Points

  • Large magazine with up to 25 foam arrows
  • Two fire modes
  • Incredible range
  • Super fire speed
  • Top value for money

 Weak Points

  • Replacement magazine hard to get
  • Use only with two hands

Nerf Rampage in action:

The Nerf Rampage comes with a round magazine that holds 25 darts (delivered with the blaster). He arms himself on the front using a handle that you will have to bring back to you and pull forward then. It is equipped with a tactical rail on the top to come to place an accessory like a lamp or a viewfinder for example.

An arming indicator is present at the back of the nerf to verify that the weapon is loaded or not. If it’s positive, a small orange indicator appears in the hole at the back. When you are in the shooting position, on the left side, you will find the location to put the charger in. By contrast, there is an access door to see the inside of the nerf and unlock a blocked dart.

Nerf Rampage Performance:

In the range of this nerf, the Nerf Elite Rampage is average with darts ranging between 10 and 15 meters maximum. We are far from the 27 meters indicated on the box (on the first version of the box, it was mentioned 20 meters). If you change it to change the spring, you can reach a range of 15 to 22 meters. I do not recommend it if you are a beginner because by changing the power, you influence the minimum age of use. The accuracy is correct, we stay on the nerfs so do not expect to do the “one-shot” per opponent, but as you have a big loader 25 darts, you will be able to compensate for this very easily and correct your shots as and when as you go.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Rampage?

As you can easily see in the figures of our rating, the Nerf Rampage is one of the absolute top blasters among the nerf guns. And also it is also one of our favorites! One or the other, the design will be familiar. Right, the Raider CS-35 from the N-Strike series looks pretty damn similar to the Nerf Rampage, and this is because the Rampage is the successor of the Raider from 2008. Of course, there are also a few differences (would be bad, if after four years nothing had changed/improved), which we singled out in our test report.

Conclusion:

To sum up, the Nerf Rampage is an excellent manual Nerf. The rate of fire is quite correct. Having a 25-dart loader makes it easy to hold on and have the right to make mistakes. This is a nerf that I highly recommend for beginners who would like to invest in a nerf rifle. In the same way, if you want to start to nerf modding to improve reach, this is the perfect companion.

Nerf Mega Thunderbow Review – Longest range nerf gun

Nerf Mega Thunderbow Review

When you receive the Nerf Mega Thunderbow bow, you will have to go through a small editing step. Indeed, the branches of the bow are provided separately to gain bulk. It will, therefore, be necessary to mount the two branches already attached by the rope that will be pulled.

 Strong Points

  • Incredible range !!!
  • Surprisingly high Feurrate
  • Whistling arrows for a cool feeling

 Weak Points

  • Arrows slide out front when not used properly
  • Quite large with 76 cm

Nerf Mega Thunderbow in action:

Even if it’s not possible. Once clipped, the bow is ready to shoot and you will not be able to disassemble it. As I said, the bow comes with the central part of the bow accommodating 6 Mega darts (included when purchased). In this part, you will have the propulsion mechanism. The two branches are positioned on the top and bottom of the arc. The peculiarity of this bow compared to other models of bow nerf is that the rope is useful for shooting. On the other hand, we are not on a bow which draws real arrows as one could have on the range Rebelle.

Nerf Mega Thunderbow Performance:

At the level of performance, we are in an honest range that reaches 15 meters on average. Regarding cadence nothing fantastic either, we stay on a bow including a very discreet weapon. Indeed, on the arc Nerf Mega Thunderbow you have the plastic noise that you can have on some nerf guns. It is quite appreciable! For accuracy, the dart goes rather well towards the target, but as the range is sometimes random, it is difficult to be precise. Moreover, as no sighting indicator is present on the nerf, it is challenging to make two similar shots. The Nerf Mega Thunderbow is also available in Sonic ice version.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Mega Thunderbow?

The Mega Thunderbow Nerf is a very lovely nerf bow to use. I appreciated the noisy side of the nerf, but also the use of the rope to pull the branches of the bow and thus arm the nerf. One is more naturally tempted to make shots in the bell to reach larger ranges which is less logical with a nerf gun. So I like this point.

Conclusion:

If you are looking for a bow nerf, this is your new companion. The only regret, he pulls that dart nerf and not real arrows nerfs like some bows.

Nerf Rival Apollo XV-700 Review – Best nerf gun for adults – Cheap nerf gun

Nerf Rival Apollo Review

This is a manually operated Rival Nerf-like the Nerf Artemis, meaning there is no need to put batteries in the gun to make it work. The engine is you! And it will take a little strength to operate the lever present above the gun.

 Strong Points

  • The even higher speed of the projectiles!
  • Easy to carry
  • Greater range than the Rival Zeus
  • Easy to handle
  • Good fire rate
  • Adaptable to magazine size
  • New cool design!
  • New groundbreaking projectiles!
  • No jamming has occurred during tests

 Weak Points

  • Not yet available in Germany
  • (In) accuracy at a medium / long distance (worse than Zeus)
  • Forecast requires some strength
  • The one tactical rail-rail is almost useless by way of fore-term

Nerf Rival Apollo XV-700 in action:

This resistance has two advantages, the nerf gun is very powerful, and at least Hasbro is sure that the younger ones will not be able to use it. This nerf gun is quite simple, so you have on the top a cocking lever and a tactical rail (which can only accommodate Rival accessories), but as it is in front of the lever, it may hinder when taking the hand of the lever. Also, accessories for Nerf Rival are not legion at the moment.

On the front of the gun, you have the barrel, again no barrel extension available, it will remain the original barrel. You have a trigger and a safety system to come and lock the trigger. At the back of the gun, you have an indicator to know if the gun is loaded (red it is packed, black it is not). You just insert the charger from below; it’s very convenient. You a button on the back of the butt to remove the charger. This is done very simply and quickly. The rival Apollo nerf gun comes with a 7-ball foam magazine.

Nerf Rival Apollo XV-700 Performance:

Regarding the performance of this Rival Apollo, it has all that is expected of a Nerf. He is precise, and he is powerful. For the range, your shots will reach a minimum of 20 meters, and some will go up to 25 meters. Indeed, the velocity of the Rival Apollo XV-700 coupled with small honeycomb foam balls can have a fascinating range. The shots are straight from this type of Nerf, which explains the accuracy.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Rival Apollo XV-700?

This is an excellent Nerf, if you are looking to introduce yourself to the airsoft and you do not want to put real replica weapons in the hands of your children or if you do not know the age for airsoft or if you just prefer the nerfs. You will not be disappointed with the scope. Be careful not to aim the face and wear glasses, because the balls are a little worse than the darts.

Conclusion:

I appreciated being able to reload the nerf quickly and with one hand. The only downside for me is the lever that is undoubtedly a bit hard and mainly that is a little sharp. I think in particular of a fall with the weapon in hand with the small pointed tip in the face. But I psychosis can be. The range Rival promises us beautiful things.

Nerf N-Strike Mega RotoFury – Best Hvz Nerf Gun – High velocity nerf gun

Nerf RotoFury Review

What do you need for a new MEGA Blaster? A gigantic drum magazine, through the air whistling darts and a wide range – all this promises Hasbro with his new Nerf Gun N-Strike Elite MEGA RotoFury! It’s just a guess. We assume that the name is composed of the two words “rotation” and “fury.” “Rotation” then stands for the rotating drum magazine. “Fury” is English and translates as much as anger or rage. With the name and advertising messages, Hasbro promises so a lot already! Whether this is true, we have compiled for you in our review. Have fun while reading!

 Strong Points

  • Slamfire Action!
  • Good performance!
  • Good volume for battle action
  • Howling Whistler Darts
  • Cool design
  • No batteries required
  • Trains the arm that operates the pump handle

 Weak Points

  • Missing shoulder rest
  • Drum magazine not removable
  • Now and then jamming the darts

Nerf N-Strike Mega RotoFury in action:

The Nerf Rotofury is of the same size as the other MEGA Blaster such as the Nerf CycloneShock or the Nerf Magnus. With the MEGA series, everything is just slightly bigger than with other blasters. This is a special feature of this series. The RotoFury is equipped with a rotating drum magazine, which can hold 10 MEGA darts. The drum magazine rotates as soon as the pump handle is pulled back and forth. It can also be rotated by hand if you want to reload the magazine with darts.

The Elite MEGA RotoFury is a typical two-hand blaster and therefore provides two carriers. The rear handle is pleasant enough for older teenagers and adults, where it could be a bit too big for smaller children – but the small ones should hold it in their hands. The front pump handle is the key instrument because only by its forward, backward movement the drum magazine rotates and places the darts in a position free to the shot. The pump handle is slightly smaller compared to the rear handle and thus adapts itself to the hands of the smaller Nerf fans. Otherwise, the RotoFury is weighted in the middle, which makes wearing comfortable.

Nerf N-Strike Mega RotoFury Performance:

The N-Strike elite MEGA Rotofury gives all Nerf fans a choice: either with a single shot to comfortably target the opponents or pressurize them with the slamfire function (quickfire function) with a red foam hail – depending on how the situation demands and you want it! To use the Slam Fire, you just have to hold the trigger and pull the pump handle back and forth. It is particularly nice that this is also possible without batteries. The MEGA darts can be easily inserted into the drum magazine – as already mentioned one has to rotate the drum manually, to be able to place all darts. When turning, there is always a small click. But do not worry, nothing is broken. It is so wanted. At least we think so.

Do I have to buy the Nerf N-Strike Mega RotoFury?

Our previous favorite of the N-Strike Elite MEGA series, the Nerf Gun CycloneShock, has gotten a good competition with the Rotofury. So we now have two favorites of this series, both of which will be tremendous fun and will be a boost for every Nerf Battle. Due to the high speed with which the MEGA darts are catapulted from the blaster, you also benefit from the breath-taking whistle when the darts fly through the air. The whistling of the Whistler darts reminded us of the Star Wars films, and we are sure: If more such equipment is used in Nerf Battles, the corresponding feeling will also arise.

Conclusion:

In contrast to the CyclonShock higher price of the RotoFury should not discourage the purchase, because the two Nerf Gun are fundamentally different. The CycloneShock is a one hand blaster, while the Nerf RotoFury is a two-hand blaster. So they complement each other well and can support you in Nerf Battles differently in their special way! In any case, we wish you a lot of fun!

Nerf Rapidstrike CS-18 Review – High powered nerf gun

Nerf Rapidstrike CS-18 Review

This Elite rapid strike CS-18 nerf comes with an 18-dart charger, against a 12-dart charger on the Elite Retaliator. Why does the name of this nerf end with CS-18? This terminology indicates the capacity of the loader. CS-18 for 18 darts charger, simply. And given the performance of this nerf, you will be happy to have an 18-darts charger.

 Strong Points

  • Great range and dart speed
  • Very good ergonomics
  • Value for money
  • Large 18-shot magazine
  • Easily and easily modifiable

 Weak Points

  • Dart speed could be higher
  • Sometimes jammed

Nerf Rapidstrike CS-18 in action:

The Rapidstrike Nerf CS-18 is an electrical nerf that comes without a battery. It will be necessary to add them after unpacking. It works with six large batteries that you have to place the gun taking care to remove two small screws. It has triple tactical rails on the handle, on the barrel above and below. Note that if you put an accessory on the top rail of the barrel, you will not be able to use the viewfinder. There are two additional tactical rails on each side to put a laser sight or a lamp for example. You will also find a viewer that rises to the front and allows you to align with a sight located at the back. A small hatch under the handle, allows you to access the inside of the nerf to unlock a possible blocked dart. The stock is expandable to fit all body types and adults will appreciate.

Nerf Rapidstrike CS-18 Performance:

Regarding performance, this nerf is a reference. The rate of fire is out of the ordinary, and the range is excellent. It is easy to pull between 15 and 20 meters. The Elite Rapidstrike Nerf is very accurate and aimed at a real sense especially at a short distance. The rate of fire is not left with the possibility of emptying its charger in less than 5 seconds. We know why it comes with a charger of 18 darts. For the more handymen, if you modify it to reach 25 to 30 meters. By cons, the toy becomes prohibited for at least 18 years.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Rapidstrike CS-18?

The Elite Rapidstrike Nerf is an excellent electrical nerf. It allows you to empty the charger in a few seconds while maintaining excellent range and accuracy. If you are looking for a superior electrical nerf, this is the Rapidstrike XD nerf you need.

Conclusion:

The Nerf Rapidstike CS-18 is the best choice for who wants a powerful, fast, solid and reliable weapon. Not to mention the very successful aesthetics of the grip and possibilities of customization. It is very suitable for children from 7 years old, but it is so attractive that it may be his father who will play with it.

Nerf Vortex Lumitron Review – Best nerf gun for office

Nerf Vortex Lumitron Review

This is one of the Nerf Gun shooting with the glow-in-the-dark darts. Hasbro developed this blaster a few years ago and brought it to the market in 2012. Evil can also be said to be a re-release of the Nerf Vortex practice. Be that as it may – the following is our review for the Nerf Lumitron

 Strong Points

  • Good range
  • Discs in the dark
  • Is very good in the hand

 Weak Points

  • No shoulder support

Nerf Vortex Lumitron in action:

On top of the Nerf Vortex Lumitron, there is a Tactical Rail. Furthermore, the Lumitron offers two points, where you can attach a carrying strap. To remove the FireFly Tech Magazine with up to 10 XLR discs, you’ll find two buttons, one on each side of the blaster. At the end of the blaster, you can also attach a shoulder rest. However, you should get these extra, because the Nerf Lumitron in contrast to Vortex practice has no shoulder support in the package with it – unless of course you already have one at home

Nerf Vortex Lumitron Performance:

During shooting, we were able to reach a very good range of about 20 meters, about 23 meters with an angled posture. Now and then there were also some outliers, who were not quite so far, but this was rather the exception. If the range is not enough, the same as with other blowers also available, a tuning spring can also be added. Then come gladly again a few meters on top of it.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Vortex Lumitron?

The shooting works in a Pumpgun style almost similar to the Nerf Alpha Trooper CS-18 and allows you to fire up to two darts per second. The Nerf Lumitron does not have any jamming, and the accuracy is good – at least when it comes to range. The reason for this is the fact that the discs first hit an arch and should fly back on the right line at about 15 meters. In the case of a short distance, you do not necessarily meet what you have targeted. So, why you will not buy it?

Conclusion:

All in all, one can recommend the Nerf Lumitron good conscience – there is no compelling reason not to have it. It is easy to use and certainly a “remake” of Vortex practice.

Nerf Vortex Nitron Review – Easiest nerf gun to shoot

Nerf Vortex Nitron Review

The Nerf Vortex Nitron is a Hasbro-developed blaster for the future-oriented Vortex series and has been available since 2011. This Nerf Gun is operated with 6 C batteries and fires as usual for Vortex Blaster XLR discs, which are also referred to as Vortex discs. The technology is not a new one, the Flywheel system of the Vortex Nitron is similar to the Barricade RV-10 and the Hail-Fire and thus Kampferprobt. The good artistry and size suggest that the Nerf Nitron should be the flagship of this series. Also, being the first Nerf Vortex powered by batteries is certainly an all-time feature.

 Strong Points

  • Good range
  • Handy and easy to use
  • Power damn fun!

 Weak Points

  • Only usable with batteries
  • Motor quite loud
  • If the distance is short, it is less accurate

Nerf Vortex Nitron in action:

The Nerf Vortex Nitron comes in the usual Vortex design and carries the colors green, orange as well as light and dark gray. Generally, you will also find an electric aiming telescope in the package, which you can attach to the Tactical Rail on top of the blaster. To use the electric toys, you need 2 AAA batteries again.

These are optional, however, since they are not necessary for the operation of the Nerf Gun. To the Nerf Nitron, you can attach different magazine types – such as a 40-disc drum magazine. In the shoulder support you can also store a spare magazine – but here only the elongated Vortex clip magazine. The front grip for the second hand is not removable. Also, as with most of the big Nerf guns, you’ll find stops for a shoulder strap if you feel this is more comfortable to wear. To insert the batteries into the blaster you need a screwdriver as usual.

The batteries are then inserted behind the trigger handle. Because the batteries are inserted further behind the blaster, the weight is also shifted backward, which makes the Nerf Vortex Nitron quite well balanced. At the trigger handle, you will find two triggers and a small switch above. Use the small switch if you want to remove the magazine. The lower trigger lets the engine run as long as you press on it. The top trigger is then to the final launch of the discs on your opponents.

Nerf Vortex Nitron Performance:

Disc jammed discs are quite rare in the Nerf Vortex Nitron – if it does happen, you should turn off the motor and remove the magazine to release the disc. The discs fly after the shooting a small bow, as you know from Frisbees, meet at the end of the range but usually their goal. Say the Nerf Nitron is quite accurate if your target is not just 7-8 meters away from you is. As I said, the discs then find their way back to the track, which you have also provided for it.

The handling of the Vortex discs is perhaps a bit tricky at the beginning, but you get used to it very quickly. Where we have already indicated the range. At 7-8 meters the XLR disc is still on the arc of the trajectory. At 10-20 meters, she finally hits the finish line – as you have imagined. The range is dependent on the circumstances around. In the indoor area without wind and weather conditions, you will be more likely to reach the 20 mark than outside.

With the engine, you can fire up to 3 foam discs in the second and your opponents thus a destructive “ball hail.” Since the first time to get their own Nerf Gun aimed to use – that will hardly be possible. The attack is just the best defense. As good as the engine is also, to shoot as fast as possible dart targets, so loud is it unfortunately synonymous. Similarly, you betray your position as soon as you turn it on.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Vortex Nitron?

If you’ve always wanted to say the word “Hasta La Vista Baby” or go for virtual alien hunts, the Nerf Vortex Nitron is exactly the right Nerf Gun for you!

Conclusion:

Especially at a medium distance; it is quite accurate. To cover the short distance in Nerf Battles, you should also equip yourself with a small blaster like the Nerf Maverick, the MEGA CycloneShock or the Zombie Hammershot.

Nerf Alpha Trooper Review

Nerf Alpha Trooper Review

The Nerf Alpha Trooper is a Nerf Gun from the N-Strike Elite series, which is popular among nerf fans also relatively. Often it is said, you have only a Nerf Rampage in another cover – whether this is true and what the Alpha Trooper otherwise has to offer so, we will look at a bit more – have fun!

 Strong Points

  • Super ergonomics and operation
  • Very reliable
  • Good fire rate and
  • Great accuracy

 Weak Points

  • Unconstant range
  • Improvements to the original do not constitute a new purchase

Nerf Alpha Trooper in action:

The CS-12 takes many benefits from older versions to make it a unique blaster. It has the excellent ergonomics and balance of the Retaliator, the infernal fire rate of the Rampage, all with the power of the Elite system. The Alpha trooper comes with a 12-dart charger, 12 Elites arrows, and an instruction manual.

Nerf Alpha Trooper Performance:

Its use is simple, to draw it is used in the same way as the other version of alpha Trooper. Keep the trigger depressed while pumping back and forth several times or load and then depress the trigger normally. It can fire up to about three darts per second depending on the speed of the user to reload the blaster. It does not reach the 20 meters as promised on the package but can shoot at 18 meters. The CS-12 is appreciated for this precision; it will be necessary to be careful to use arrows in good condition to avoid jams.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Alpha Trooper?

For Nerf fans who do not own Alpha yet, they are almost a must. Despite it’s not so fantastic range of 12 meters to 20 meters, it is a basic blaster and suitable for every Nerf battle.

Conclusion:

The Alpha Trooper CS-12 Nerf is considered an excellent blaster, due to its good firepower reaching good distances, its reliability, and quality for its reasonable price and good ammunition capacity.

For who? Far from being a toy, the Alpha Trooper is perhaps even more used by amateur adults shooting games than by children over five years.

Nerf Vortex Diatron Review – Best quality nerf gun

Nerf Vortex Diatron Review

The Nerf Vortex Diatron goes completely new ways in the Vortex series, not only that it fires two discs at once, it even uses a priming mechanism (trigger mechanism), which has never been seen before. This also brings with it a problem with itself as you will immediately experience.

 Strong Points

  • Horny design
  • Multi-Shot Madness
  • Good performance

 Weak Points

  • Unusual priming mechanism
  • Reasonable reloading
  • Little shot

Nerf Vortex Diatron in action:

The Nerf Vortex Diatron is very much oriented to its older brother of the Vigilon, which applies, for example, to the magazine trigger levers and the bullied design. Regarding color, the Nerf Vortex Dilation with very fine white and a red front area, however, strikes his brother by lengths. She just looks like a hammer! Like the Vigilon, the lever for opening the magazine is attached on both sides, accessible by the thumb of the left or right hand; the same is the loud and satisfying snap with which the rather large magazine compartment opens.

Due to the lever position, this could happen unintentionally, which would cause the Nerf Diatron to lose all eight discs. There are eight discs, not the maximum load, the magazine could use theoretically even ten discs, which fit synonymous, however, they are very difficult to get to the one and the other jamming the Nerf Gun jamming. From that, we find the magazine is too deep, of course, it is also of the disc width. However, children’s hands probably have quite a lot to do the discs. In the fight, the fiddly loading is also no fun.

Nerf Vortex Diatron Performance:

As noted, the Nerf Vortex Diatron is a special trigger mechanism (primer), before you can push the trigger, you have to open a lever (approx. 8 cm long) attached to the left side. The lever is slung in the barrel and is opened towards the mouth and closed again, which tension the mechanism. The other performance of the Vortex Diatron is convincing. The range is pretty good for a Nerf Gun without Flywheel (about 21 meters, angled) and the hit accuracy is at least okay. Most of the time, only one of the two discs reaches the maximum range, but at least we have a very legitimate hope to miss two players.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Vortex Diatron?

I am really convinced by the performance of the Vortex Diatron Its technically is of course great! So, don’t miss to buy it.

Conclusion:

The Nerf Vortex Diatron has a good concept, looks great and has a really good range. The loading process is a bit too cumbersome in the battle, however, and with four rounds, you are often not far from the duel. The operation is innovative, even if taste. Anyone who wants to play a “multi-shot madness” Nerf Gun would like the Vortex Nerf Diatron nothing wrong.

Nerf Modulus Review – Best nerf gun to mod or for modding

Nerf Modulus Review

The Tri-Strike is a modular Nerf gun, as its name suggests, it consists of several pieces that you must assemble. The base of this nerf gun is a handgun, powered by a charger. You will be able to graft a foam missile launcher including a small 4-dart gun on the front of the weapon. Is there a real interest in having so many elements? Yes, because this Tri-Strike offers an excellent advantage: for example, the missile launcher can be used as an independent complement element. What makes you two arms plus the price of one. You will also have, the possibility of adding many accessories directly to this model. The Tri-Strike Modulus is for anyone aged eight and over.

 Strong Points

  • Nerf Gun personalize without modding
  • Sturdy shot window
  • Accessories fit other nerf guns

 Weak Points

  • Accessories wiggle in part
  • Trigger handle is not convenient
  • Unstable standard shoulder rest

Nerf Modulus in action:

In the box of Tri-Strike, you will find all the separate elements, to highlight the modular aspect of this nerf gun. It consists of a basic gun with a ten-dart charger (works with standard Nerf darts), a 4 Mega dart extension to put on the front of the gun and a foam missile launcher. It is, therefore, necessary to make the assembly before starting to amuse yourself. The most important thing is to place the darts in the magazine and then snap the magazine directly into the gun. For this, simply slide the magazine in the bottom of the weapon and you’re done. You can then graft the Mega darts launcher to the front of the weapon.

For this, simply slide the module on the barrel of your nerf gun and rotate it to block it in its location. Child’s play. The missile launcher is also very simple to set up, even if it is composed of two elements connected by a hose. The barrel part slides easily over the accessory rail on the bottom of your Modulus Tri-Strike.

The pitcher closes at the back of the gun to bring comfort to the shoulder. The design of the weapon is well cared for. Nerf does not deviate from the rule; this Tri-STrike is almost entirely plastic to bring robustness. The color scheme is typical of the Modulus range. We are far from the target of the Rival Nerf. You will find a small sliding hatch on the top to correct the problems of jams of the weapon and correctly replace your dart. It remains, however, difficult to access if you have placed the missile launcher on the rifle.

Nerf Modulus Performance:

The three parts of the Tri-Strike are manually operated, which means that you have no battery to put in this nerf gun and therefore no additional expense to consider. Likewise, you will not have to stop your assault in the middle to change the batteries. On the other hand, the absence of pile induces that you do not have automatic shooting. Nerf Modulus Tri-Strike TestAs with many nerf guns, you must charge your Modulus back to the priming bolt to compress the spring and bring a dart to the top of the magazine.

The priming bolt protrudes from both sides of the gun, to satisfy the right-handed and left-handed. Then simply pull the trigger to make the dart go. It is very easy to reload your weapon by placing the darts in the magazine. Be careful, however, removing the charger can be a little more complicated action for younger children. Indeed, it is necessary to push two small pieces of plastic on the side of the gun, while pulling on the charger rather strong. With a little training, the difficulties of the beginning will be old history.

To fire with the missile launcher, you must fire at the rear of the weapon. You must then push this part forward with a little effort to launch the missile. This part may be the least obvious for the youngest because you must hold the weapon while you perform this action. If you have installed the Mega Darts attachment on the front of the weapon, you can start the front of the weapon to kick the darts towards the opponent. The range will be less than with your Elite darts, but it’s a good compromise when your charger is empty.

This part of the weapon is not very precise, but the significant whistling of these long-range darts is a real pleasure. By keeping the trigger pressed, you will be able to enter slam fire mode to shoot continuously. It is then sufficient to consistently start your bolt, and the weapon will fire directly. It’s quite handy for shooting quickly and shooting blankets for example.

Do I have to buy the Nerf Modulus?

The Tri-Strike Modulus is very fun to use. The fact of cumulating three different types of projectiles brings a real interest in this nerf gun. The possibility of using the missile launcher alone is also a good idea, even if having a single ammunition makes the object unusable. The fact that this Modulus uses the standards of the brand, you can graft many accessories on this model and significantly improve the potential of this Nerf.

Conclusion:

However, I will point out the difficulty of priming certain mechanisms that could make the use of this gun more complicated for young people. However, experienced warriors can go, it’s a pleasure to use.
