One of her favorite features is the continuous self-adjustment of the Life Fitness R1 machine in order to keep the heart rate at a steady pace. You work, and as you tire the resistance lessens, thereby keeping your heart rate at a steady pace; because the exertion you must put forth lessens along with the resistance. Also impressive is its sturdy build and solid stance. You never feel like you’re going to tip over or fall off.
Setup time took roughly 90 minutes and the instructions were concise and clear.
