Generally, the quantities of 6 cups of rice say about 900 grams takes about 25 minutes cooking time and serves about 8 people. More to add is that the rice cooker automatically sets the cooking time based on the quantity added.
Slow cooking – Another interesting function that can be set with just a touch of a button in the control panel. It is required to set the cooking time and it allows setting a minimum of 1 hour that can go maximum up to 9 hours. It allows the user to speed up or slow down the process as wished and as long as the red indicator remains active, the cooking is in progress.
Porridge cooking – A brief outline of this function is that it cooks by adding all the ingredients. This does not feature with the keep warm function. To cook about 600 grams of porridge can take just 4 minutes but should be noted that it make vary depending on the type of porridge.
