The Zojirushi NP-HBC10 is alike the NP-HBC18. They difference in the capacity. The 1st is 5 1/2 cups of rice (uncooked) and the 2nd is 10 cups.

Rice cooker/warmer NP-HBC10 is designed for families from 2 to 6 members. It will ensure the flawlessly cooked rice of all types or other grain.

You can cook fajita for dinner – just fix some Spanish rice in the cooker.

The rice cooker’s exterior is stainless steel coated. It’s no more tricky to clean then its non-stick cooking bowl. Actually you will often clean the detachable lid of the inner pan and the inner pan itself. The rice won’t stick to the bottom because the inner pan is non-stick.

You should use a plastic/a wooden spoon to delete the rice. It prevents scratches. The beating inner pan can be replaced.

Take care not to be burnt by the steam from the steam vent and from the cooked rice.
