One of the best features of this Zojirushi 10-cup rice cooker is that it uses the advanced Neuro Fuzzy Logic technology. This feature is responsible for cooking the rice properly.
It automatically soaks the rice and cooks it at the right temperature, at the right amount of time. And because it is computerized, it has multi-menu selections including reheat cycle, automatic keep-warm and also extended keep-warm so I can easily choose a function with just a press of a button.
