This Green Star Elite is a terrific juicer, but it may not be perfect for beginners, or someone that is unsure if they will use the juicer regularly. As with most twin gear masticating juicers the 5000 series from Green Star is no different and not the easiest to clean, so if you are unsure if juicing will become part of you lifestyle I do not recommend this unit. If as a juicer you intend to primarily juice only fruit once again I would not recommended this unit and would suggest that a centrifugal juicer may better suit your needs.
